I have a 16 cargo trailer , I have 1 - 10 and 1- 12 loading ramps. Would these be strong enough for them?

The weight capacity of the Rackem Fitz-All Enclosed Trailer Ladder Rack, part # RA-28 has a weight capacity of 400 pounds. You would need to weigh the loading ramps to determine if they weigh less than the 400 pound capacity of part # RA-28.
In addition to part # RA-28, I would also recommend Rackem Load Stop for Ladder Rack, part # RA-28-S, which is designed to keep the cargo on the Rackem Trailer Ladder Rack stabilized.
