Tell me the maximum tongue weight for this coupler

I called my contact at Demco and the tongue weight capacity for the A-Frame Trailer Coupler, part # DM14793-95 is 1,000-lbs.
They told me that for their couplers unless noted otherwise the standard 10 percent is the tongue weight capacity.
