I need a complete roof rack for my 2 kayaks. Subaru Legacy 2016. What will I need?

For a square bar roof rack you can use the Rhino Rack roof rack that consists of part numbers # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA and # DK416 that you referenced. I really like the Rhino Rack roof racks as they are great racks at a very affordable price.
Then for a kayak carrier the Thule Hullaport part # TH834 would carry each of your kayaks and would work well on the square bars of the Rhino Rack. You would need one carrier for each kayak.
Be sure to check the roof capacity of your vehicle and make sure your kayaks weigh less than that figure.
