I spoke with my contact at B and W and the length of the runners on the Rack part # BWPUCP7500BA are 32 inches.

Yes the part numbers #BWRVK3500 and #BWRVK3500-5W are the same hitch exactly. We have them in our systems with two different part numbers based on how they show up in our fitguides. So you are totally fine.
