Securing the Inno Tire Hold Roof Bike Rack # INA389 to Roof Rack Crossbar Rails

Question:

while I see that the bike is locked to the INA389 bike carrier...I dont see how the bike carrier itself is locked to the roof rails...is there a way to make sure the carrier is locked to discourage stealing?

If you check out the attached video at the 1:44 minute mark the installer points out the locking latch feature of the # INA389 bike rack. This feature on the rear tire hold will prevent access to the clamp lever from being able to be lifted and clamp opened when the rack is in use or in the stored position. This is what secures the bike rack to the roof rack crossbar rails.
