I do have a couple of options for you but The Swagman Pick-Up Truck-Bed Mounted 2-Bike Carrier # S64702 will not fit your Trek Farley Fat Bike.
The Kuat Dirtbag Phat 9 # DRT9P and the Kuat Dirtbag Phat 15 # DRT15P are going to be your two options. They are both a fork mount bike rack that bolt onto your 2012 Ram 1500. The difference between the two is going to be the size of the skewer. The Phat 9 fits the 9-mm quick-release skewer where the Phat 15 will fit the 15-mm skewer.
