Installation Location of Signature Series Replacement Head Pivot Springs

Question:
the truck that i bought had drawtite 16k signature series hitch. does not haave head pivot springs on it ,have not been around other hitches to know where and how the springs go on. do you have a drawing to show how they are attached? thanks
