Do you have a power up /power down winch that would handle a 150lb boat off and on a dock about 10foot off the water? Also, hopefully faster than 2 e feet per minute. Thank you

The Dutton-Lainson StrongArm Electric Winch w/ Remote and Pulley Block # DL25046 would be a great solution for you as it has more than enough capacity, can be powered by a wall outlet, has a remote and when there's no load on the winch it can move at 9 feet per minute. Due to how light your boat is it would move at a speed very near this.
At full load it would still move at 4 feet per minute.
