Question:

How many feet of 5/32 steel cable can Item # F142430 hold? The load is less than 500 lbs but I have to go a very long distance with it. If there is another product with more spool capacity, please let me know.

The Fulton # F142430 two speed trailer winch can accommodate 185 feet of 7/32 cable. Fulton didn't have information regarding how long of a piece of 5/32 cable the winch could carry, but since the cable you're asking about is smaller in diameter, it would certainly be safe to say the spool could accommodate at least 185 feet of it, if not more.

The longest winch cable we offer is part # FWC7500100 which is 50 feet of 7/32 inch cable.
