What Is The Warranty On Trailer Tire And Wheel Combinations And Do They Come Balanced

Do the combos come balanced? Warranty on tires/wheels? No chrome steel wheels?? Rust?

The trailer tire and wheel combination like the Castle Rock ST205/75R14 Radial Tire w/ 14" Condor Aluminum Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - LR C - Gunmetal # LH84VR, is received from the supplier already with the tire mounted on the wheel. The supplier does not balance the combination, but when the tire is installed to the wheel, they will line the high (heavy) spot on the tire with the low (light) spot on the wheel. This does not completely balance the tire and wheel combination, but it does eliminate any excessive out of balance condition.

You can have the tire and wheel combination balanced at a local tire shop, but it isn't necessary for a trailer like it is a car.

You will also want to make sure to always run the maximum tire pressure that is listed on the trailer tire.

The warranty on tires is a 5-year warranty and 1 year on the wheel which will cover any defects in workmanship and materials.

We do not currently have any chrome steel wheels. The steel wheel finishes that we sell are white and black powder coat or galvanized. In the aluminum alloy wheels, the finish is a machined finish with clear coat. All of the finishes will hold up very well against rust and corrosion. If a wheel has any damage to the finish, like curb damage or major scratches, you will want to make sure that the damaged area is clear coated again to keep rust from starting.
