Hi Im looking for a set of clamps for my TracOne racks I bought from a friend as they came with none. Will it be necessary to purchase 8 individually?

For the TracOne ladder rack part # TH27000XT that you bought from a friend the correct replacement clamps are the part # PT-27064 that you referenced. These are all sold individually.
