For replacement straps for the K-Source Towing Mirror part # KS3891 you would want the part # KS3891STR that you referenced. This comes with everything needed to replace both straps.
However, for the price it might be a better idea just to replace the entire mirror. It's just a few dollars more and you get everything new.
