Question:

Im looking to purchase a tracrac and X2 revolver combination for a 2014 RAM 1500 crew cab. However, it appears my laramie model only has 2 bed rail pockets and believe the sliding tracrac ladder rack utilizes 3 of these pockets? My question is if, with the shorter 57inch bed, would 2 points be sufficient for securing the sliding tracrac?

This is designed for the four stake pockets you have in the bed of your truck. This rack has a 1,250-lb weight capacity. The capacity of the cantilever is 1000-lbs. For this ladder rack without the cantilever over the bed you will want part # TH43003XT-784.

The ladder rack you came from, part # TH43002XT-501EX is not designed to fit your truck.
