Can this bumper be cut to length. My trailer ramp is about 60 inches? Thanks

Yes, the Pre-Drilled Round Rubber Bumper - 2 inch x 96 inch part #, D2-96 can be cut down to fit any application you may have.
After going out into the warehouse and looking at the bumper I recommend either using a utility knife to very carefully cut it, or securing the rubber tightly and using a sawz-all to make the cut.
