Am looking for black half inch panel hex nuts with fine threads.

We do offer a fine-thread 1/2-inch hex nut, part # CE11051, which is a trailer wheel lug nut with a 60-degree coned profile on the outside surface. The rear surface is flat. This item is uncoated steel so you can paint it black if you wish. Take care to keep paint out of the threads. It takes a wrench size of 13/16ths-inch.
