There is a Thule roof rack that will fit your 2016 Hyundai Elantra GLS sedan but it does not use the feet you asked about. It uses the Rapid Traverse feet instead, # TH480R. You will also need fit kit # THKIT1654, and WingBar Evo crossbars # TH711400 for silver or # TH711420 for black.
