Curt trailer hitch # C11410 fits the 2015 model year VW Jetta TDI Sedan, but not the TSI Sport. For your car you can use Draw-Tite Class I hitch # 24926. I confirmed the fit with my contact there. This hitch includes all required mounting hardware and instructions, and an installation video is linked too.
With this hitch in place you can use a compatible Class I accessory like a 2-bike rack such as the Swagman XC # S64650, or a Class I cargo carrier such as # C18110.
