Will this bike rack work for a girls step through type frame? Also which 2inch bolt on receiver would you suggest for a 4inch x 4inch RV bumper to work best with these type of bike racks? Regards,

To use a womens bike with the Swagman Trailhead part # S63381 all you need is an adapter bar like part # UB01. This adapter attaches to the seat post and the steering stem of the bike to provide a horizontal attachment point so the bike can be carried level. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.

The Swagman hitch part # S64025 would be a perfect solution for you as it is designed to work with the bike rack you referenced and attach to 4 inch square bumpers.
