i was wondering if it is compatable with either of the V3094 vents and if till still fit a 7/8ths inch roof with that vent

Yes, the Ceiling Garnish part # VA0445-25 that you referenced would fit the Roof Vent Fan part # V3094-601-00 that you also mentioned.
This garnish fits roofs that are 7/8 inch to 2-1/4 inch so it would work well on yours that is 7/8 inch.
