Question:

What steps do we need to do to the soul ? Does the car remain in park, what about steering wheel locking?

If you're using a tow dolly like the Roadmaster # RM-2050-1, the steering wheel would remain locked and the transmission would be left in Park because the front wheels of the Soul would be up on the tow dolly.

If the tow dolly you're using has electric brakes like the Roadmaster model I mentioned, you'll need a trailer brake controller like the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 # 90885 installed on the tow vehicle.
