I contacted our representative at Bestop, and she informed me that the top that will fit your 2006 Dodge Ram 1 Ton with long wheel base is the Bestop Tonneau Cover, part # B76317. The Bestop Tonneau Cover, part # B76317 will fit the 2006 Dodge Ram 1500, 2500, 3500 with 8 foot bed.
