The Curt Multipurpose Ball Mount # D210 allows towing a trailer at the same time that a 2-inch receiver-mounted accessory is used, such as a scooter carrier for your moped.

The key is that the Winnie's frame and the specific hitch that is installed have to have a tongue weight (TW) capacity that is high enough for the combined weight of the moped, the carrier and the trailer's actual tongue weight. This ball mount itself has a 750-lb TW rating but this does not mean that the hitch or the motorhome have the same ratings so you'll need to check this for both.

Here's an example that may help. Let's say your moped carrier weighs 100-lbs and that the moped itself weighs 200-lbs. That's 300-lbs total so far. Now let's say that your loaded trailer tongue weight is 300-lbs; this gets us to a total of 600-lbs TW. The Curt D210 can handle this 600-lb TW load since it is rated for up to 750-lbs. As long as both the hitch and the MH can handle the combined TW of the trailer, carrier and moped you will be okay.
