Installing Thule TracRac on 2003 Nissan Frontier w/ Drop-In Bed Liner

Question:

Will this mount on a truck that has a non-sprayed-in vinyl bed liner?

The Thule TracRac # TH14750 will mount to your truck with a drop-in bed liner, but for best results, the bed liner should be trimmed away where the ladder rack attaches to the bed floor and the side of the bed so the rack's bolted directly to metal. If the notching the bed floor isn't feasible, and least have the bracket attached to the side wall touching directly to the metal bed side.

Having the bed liner sandwiched in between will cause the ladder rack to loosen over time.
