Will this part number work on my truck? I cant see any specific TRD options????

The Air Lift helper springs # AL59530 will fit your 2005 Toyota Tundra TRD as long as the tire size is NOT 275/65-18. If that is the size you use then you will not be able to use this kit. Another option is Firestone kit # F2245 which is compatible with the TRD models but does not have a tire size restriction. I have linked a video review of the Firestone system for you.
