Looks like you are looking for a roof rack and hitch upright mount for carrying a stand up paddleboard with your 2016 Toyota Tundra.
We have just what you would need. The Rhino Rack parts # RRVA150B, # RRRLKVAH, # RTL002, and # DK079H would give you everything you would need. This will give you a single cross bar and a hitch mounted upright crossbar for your SUPs.
Then the Thule SUP Taxi part # TH810001 would work well for carrying up to 2 paddleboards.
