Where is the harness for a ford f250 super duty 2011 located under the dash?

On your 2011 Ford Super Duty the brake controller wiring port is located above your right knee, under the edge of the dash near the OBD-II diagnostic port. Please see the linked video at the 2:20 mark. The grey plug may be taped up to other wiring harnesses.
The Tekonsha brake controller wiring adapter for your truck is the part # 3034-P that you referenced and this will allow connection of a Tekonsha controller like their P2 # 90885 or their P3 # 90195, both of which are reliable proportional-type controllers.
