Question:
Does this fit on a 2000 Ford F-150 v6?

We do have trailer hitches that will fit your 2000 Ford F-150 but # C13506 is not one of them. For a comparable Curt Class III hitch that will fit you can use # 13355. I have linked a video showing an example installation of this hitch for you.
I also recommend etrailer ball mount kit # EBMK4. It comes with a ball mount with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop, interchangeable ball set, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
And if your truck did not come with a factory trailer connector you can add a 4-Way using # C56031.
