Question:
Can you compare the quality of these two actuators? Preferences, other than you might not carry both?

I sure can compare the quality difference of the Brakerite # T4813102 and the Dexter # K71-651 for you.
The Dexter actuator is more durable because of its metal housing versus the plastic housing on the Brakerite actuator.
The Brakerite has a 1 year warranty while the Dexter has a 2 year limited warranty.
The Dexter doesn't have an adapter for OEM brake controllers, and will not be compatible with most OEM integrated brake controllers, but will be fine with the EOH aftermarket brake controllers like the P2. Brakerite will have adapters available for those OEM brake controllers.
In my opinion the Hydrastar vented actuator # HS381-8067 is the best quality actuator we offer. This has a great construction, great compatibility, they also have the best product support, with a 2-year limited warranty.
I have linked all the above mentioned products to this page for your convenience.
