do I have to cut a 4.500 hole to install this lite. it is a Peterson m426kr

The grommet part # A45GB that you referenced requires a 4-1/2 inch diameter hole be cut to install.
I looked up the light you mentioned and it is a 4 inch diameter light like what this is designed to fit.
