If your hitch is a 2 inch hitch, the best option would be a dual-purpose ball mount, like Curt part # D210, that would provide a ball mount for the trailer coupler ball as well as a secondary tube for a 2 inch bike rack.
With this, you should be able to use any 2 inch hitch mounted bike rack. You must take extra caution though and keep a careful eye on the tongue weight of the trailer and the combined weight of the rack and bikes as these 3 things make up the total tongue weight exerted on the ball mount, hitch and vehicle. The Curt # D210 has a 750 lb tongue weight capacity for the ball mount portion, with a 350 lb tongue weight limit on the receiver portion.
