Will this replacement product 21-2277PK fit on 2014 4Runner Sr5 or it is universal? Also, do you have the dimensions or pictures attached to a 4Runner, I just want to verify how low will it sit. Thank you.

If you wanted to install a set of Westin PRO TRAXX Oval Nerf Bars on your 2014 Toyota 4Runner you would need the part # 21-23830 as they are a confirmed fit.
The hardware kit you referenced is for a different fit and would not work for you. Also, you can't take steps made for one vehicle and install them on a different one by just switching the hardware. The steps are made specific for the vehicle fits as well.
