Availability of Hitch Adapter with Second Higher Hitch Opening that Does not Reduce Capacity

Question:
Have a Cadi SRX GVW 5,400 pounds to tow.This receiver claims only 4,000 towing capacity. would this work or do you have other one?

The MaxxTow Dual Hitch Extender MT70070 that you referenced would end up reducing the capacity of the hitch it is installed in by 50 percent due to the additional leverage that would be put on the hitch.
For a similar product that does not cut the capacity of the hitch it is installed in and has a higher 7,500 lb capacity check out the part # D210. It has a hitch opening on top and a ball mount platform below it.
