Will Using the Thule GateMate Pro Truck Bed Bike Carrier Block a Backup Camera

Does the Tailgate bike pad have rear camera exposure?

If the backup camera is housed in the tailgate handle then you would have to hold open the flap on the Thule GateMate Pro # TH824PROso it isn't blocking the camera's view. You could tuck it under a strap above it temporarily as needed.
