Question:
My 2016 Jeep Cherokee came with Black side rails no cross bars. Do you offer a black roof basket that does not require cross bars? It would have to attach to the side rails.

We have one option for a cargo basket that attaches to the side rails of the roof of a vehicle and does not require crossbars. The Surco part # SPS4550-1101 can attach to just the raised side rails of a vehicle like you are looking to do.
