Option for Raising Hitch Opening for Adding Ground Clearance to Cargo Carrier

Question:
My handicap chair, hove round cage drags ground in low spots , I need to raise hitch point about 3 to 4 inches to stop dragging, any suggestions.

The Curt ball mount part # D210 has a hitch opening that is 3-9/16 inches above the shank that slides in the hitch. What's nice about this adapter is that it doesn't reduce the capacity of the hitch it is installed on by 50 percent like most high-low adapters.
