Question:

My Mercedes ML350 has an air suspension system and would like to know what hitch to order? Also what would the difficulty level be 1-10 to install it? Thanks.

I checked and Curt hitch # C13117 is listed for all models of the 2013 Mercedes ML350 as long as it does NOT have the Active Curve System which is a hydraulically activated anti-sway/roll bar. Installation is rank a 5 out of 10. I have linked the installation instructions so you can see all the steps ahead of time.

If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.

If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.

And for trailer wiring I recommend # 119250KIT to add a 4-Way flat to the back of the vehicle.
