my flex air looses air sitting still for a month ,is this normal? tks

Since it is recommended to check the pressure in the bag before towing the trailer, there may need to be some adjusting of the air pressure. When enough air is in the bag the outer sleeve of the shock should be flush with the arrow tip/line on inner shock sleeve.
If you notice the loss of air when in use or in a short period of time then it is likely the Schrader valve and not the bag itself.
If your Flex Air is part # LC328492 or # LC328484, the replacement valve that would work is part # LC156740.
