Roof Rack Recommendation for 2016 Toyota Highlander LE Plus for Carrying Thule Hullavator

Question:

I have a thule Hullavator system for my 2009 Toyota Highlander, which attaches to my raised side rails. Would like to purchase a 2016 Toyota Highlander LE Plus, which does not have the raised side rails or the flush mounted side rails. Help!!!! what can I do? I am a widow and the Thule Hullavator system makes it so easy to get my Kayak on my car alone.

What you will need to attach your Thule Hullavator # TH898 on your 2016 Toyota Highlander with a naked roof is roof rack. I can help you with that.

Since Thule doesn't have any fits for your vehicle you will need to go with a Yakima Roof Rack as their crossbars are also compatible with the Hullavator. For that you will need the part numbers # Y00409, # Y28TR, # Y03536, and # Y06130.
