Hello I have a 2inch 5/16 bulldog cuppler .I need the part that squeezes around ball and pipe slides over

We only have replacement springs and latches for the Bulldog Collar Lok couplers. We do not have the lower piece it sounds like you are looking for. You would need to replace the entire coupler.
The part # BD028288 would work well as a replacement as it looks like that is exactly what you have on your trailer.
