Question:

will the hitch mount to the front? I have a snowsport utility plow that I would like to mount to my 2010 f150 supercap STX 4x4. I had it monted to my old truck 2005 Chevy colorado and it just simple slides into a front mount trailer hitch. Thanks

For the 2010 Ford F-150, we have two options for a front mount trailer hitch. First is the Curt Hitch, # C31068, specifically designed to fit 4 wheel drive models. If your truck has an air dam, it will need to be removed to install the hitch. I have included a link to the installation details below.

The other available front mount hitch is designed to fit all models. It is Draw-Tite Hitch, # 65061. This hitch also requires modification to the air dam. A small section will be trimmed. There is an actual picture of the area that needs to be trimmed in the instructions. I have included a link to the installation details for this hitch as well.
