Question:
You state in the Q/As that the wire gages are #14 and #16. Which wires are #14? Specifically, are both the power and ground wires #14?

You are correct. The wires for the light functions in Roadmaster Flexo-Coil Kit # RM-146-7 are 16 gauge and the 12 volt power and ground wires are the larger 14 gauge. I have linked a video review of this product for you.
