You'll want to have a look at the owner's manual for your 2007 Jayco Seneca 34SS Class C motorhome to make sure it has the required towing capacity for the weight of your S10 pickup plus the weight of the tow dolly. Since the MH has a V8 turbo diesel you should have the towing rating you need but it is wise to make certain that both the MH and the attached hitch have the required capacity. There should be a sticker on the hitch that indicates its capacities.
You'll want to select a ball mount for your hitch so that the tow dolly's pole tongue remains level when the MH and toad are joined. This will help ensure good handling.
I have linked a helpful article that illustrates how to choose a ball mount with the amount of rise or drop you need. I also linked our main page for all fixed ball mounts. Just click on the link, then select the hitch size you have on the MH.
Filters on the page allow you to select the length of ball mount, towing capacity, its rise or drop and other features.
For example, for a 2-inch standard-length ball mount with 6-inches of drop, you could use part # C24WR which is corrosion-free thanks to its milled aluminum construction.
