The Yakima Tube Top Bike Adapter Bar, part # Y02531, measures 14-1/2 inches long at shortest; 31-1/2 inches at maximum length.
You can measure the distance from the outside of your seat post to the outside of your handlebar stem to make sure it falls within those distances. The # Y02531 will fit great in the KingJoe pro bike carrier you have.
