Recommended Replacement RV Steps For 2013 Montana Fifth Wheel Trailer

Question:
i need to replace my 5th wheel quad steps. i measured the steps, outside to outside and it comes up to 28 inches. steps are 26 inches. why cant i locate replacement steps? all seem to be just 24 inches wide. any suggestions????? montana 5th wheel, 2013

You are correct. the RV steps we offer are 24-inches wide regardless of the amount of steps.
I recommend installing replacement steps like part # SMFP-4400. These are 24 inch wide steps. The mounting base dimensions are 27 inches wide x 9-inches deep. You would need to build up the mounting location on your RV to work with these steps.
