How much space does this hitch take up in the bed? What space is left in front of and behind it in a 2014 F250 CCSB?

The overall dimension of the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider # BWRVK3400-5W is 45 inches long x 34-3/8 inches wide.

For your 2014 Ford F-250 with 6-3/4 foot bed, you will have approximately 20 inches between the front (cab-side) of the truck bed and hitch, and approximately 16 inches between the tailgate and end of the hitch. I have attached a photo of the # BWRVK3400-5W in a truck bed with these measurements shown for you. The angle of this photo distorts these measurements.

I have attached a review video of the Companion slider hitch for you. This video shows the hitch in a 6-1/2 foot truck bed, so the hitch will look very similar in your 6-3/4 foot truck bed.
