Expert Reply:
In your 1999 Honda CR-V you can use SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs # CSS-1069R in the rear coil springs to add suspension support. These install without drilling and fit both 2WD and 4WD versions of your CR-V. They are designed to work with a suspension system that is in good working order to provide additional stiffness when under load.
The Super Springs Coil Custom Helper Springs # CSS-1125R fit later model years of the CR-V but not your 1999.
