Question:
What is the best tow bar for towing 2007 F 150 FX2

You would need to determine the weight of your F-150 to determine which tow bar is needed. At the least, I would use a 6,000 pound tow bar like part # RM-520. The bar you were looking at is related, but has some additional features like being pre-wired for a 6-Way connector on your RV.
If your truck weighs more than 6,000 pounds when you have it loaded and set for tow, you will need a heavier duty tow bar. In that case, I would recommend part # RM-422.
For base plates, I would recommend part # 495-1A. These provide the attachment points on the truck for the Tow Bar.
