How To Find Out What Replacement Hub Is Needed For 2004 Big Tex 35SA Trailer
Updated 03/10/2016 | Published 03/09/2016 >
Question:
have a circa 2004 big tex 35sa want to get 2 new complete hub assemblies for it vs rebuilding what i have. Basically i want to unbolt whats on there and bolt on the new assembly and go. Without me taking off the assembly and getting it measured do you guys have a manual that will know the exact replacement assembly for this trailer? If so what are my options if you carry any complete assemblies. thanks

We do not have a manual with the trailer axles listed. There can be so many variations for trailers it would require volumes to hold that much information.
I am afraid you will have to remove your hub and either find the numbers for the bearings, race, and seals, or use a digital caliper like part # PTW80157 and measure your spindle in the locations noted in the attached photo and the inside diameter of your hub. If you let me know what you have on your trailer I will be glad to help make a recommendation that will work for you.
