Do you have to the exhaust system to install Curt trailer hitch in 2015 Subaru WRX?

I'm assuming you're wondering if the exhaust of the 2015 Subaru WRX needs to be altered in order to install the Curt Class I trailer hitch, part # C11408, is that correct?
According to the instructions, which you can look over by clicking the provided link, the exhaust will need to be temporarily lowered out of the way during installation, and the heat shield will be temporarily removed so a small hole can be cut in it.
If you'll be towing with your WRX, you'll also need the following items to complete your towing system:
Trailer wiring harness, part # C56259
Ball mount, part # C45521
1-7/8 inch trailer ball, part # A-80 or part # A-82 for a 2 inch ball
