Question:
Is it possible to mount part #SR15-C to an ATC aluminum trailer wall support? If so, what hardware should I use? Thanks,

It is possible to install the Brophy D-Ring Tie Down Anchor # SR15-C that you referenced to one of the wooden wall supports shown in the photo you attached. To install # SR15-C you will want to use the longest, largest size wood screws possible for installation. If you don't already have wood screws that will work, they can be found at your local hardware store. If you wanted to drill a hole all the way through the wall, you could use bolts and nuts to secure the tie down.
Installing a tie down like # SR15-C on a wall support will not offer as great of support as installing the tie-down on the floor or steel frame of the trailer. The trailer floor can withstand a greater force pulling up on the tie-down than the wall support can withstand pulling out from the tie-down.
I have attached a video showing one example of an installation of the # SR15-C for you.
